Terms & Conditions
Terms for Reformer Sessions studio services, bookings and memberships.
On this page
1. Your contract partner
Your contract partner for Reformer Sessions studio services is Reformer Sessions FlexCo, Weintraubengasse 9/top 1-2, 1020 Vienna, Austria. Company register number: FN 658453p, Commercial Court of Vienna. VAT identification number: ATU82367626.
For questions about a booking, payment or membership, contact hello@reformersessions.at. These terms concern our studio services. Eversports provides the booking and payment platform; its separate terms apply to the use of that platform.
2. Booking a session
Bookings and product purchases are made through Eversports. Before completing your booking, check the studio, class, date, time, price and selected product. Keep your booking or purchase confirmation for your records.
Our regular group sessions last 55 minutes and have a maximum of eight participants. The class description identifies the session you are booking. Purchasing credits or a membership does not itself reserve a place in a particular class; a separate class booking is needed.
For purchases through Eversports, the contract is concluded when you receive the email confirmation accepting your order. For privately arranged sessions, our written appointment confirmation concludes the contract. Check and correct your details before submitting an order.
3. Prices, payment and product validity
The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before purchase. Eversports displays the available payment methods. Membership payments are collected monthly.
For each class pack, introductory offer or other product, check the included sessions, applicable locations, eligibility and validity shown in the product description before purchasing. These product details form part of your agreement. A product's validity and a class cancellation deadline are different things.
4. Memberships and unused sessions
Memberships have a minimum term of three months, monthly payment and automatic renewal. The ordinary cancellation notice period is one month.
Unused membership sessions do not expire while your membership stays active. Have 3 left? Carry them into the next month alongside your new sessions.
When your membership ends, all unused membership sessions expire and cannot be used afterwards. Giving cancellation notice does not make them expire immediately. They remain valid until your membership actually ends. Cancelling an individual class does not cancel your membership.
Separately purchased single sessions and class packs follow their own product validity. Per-session prices on our website are rounded; confirm the final price and product terms before purchasing.
Where automatic renewal of a fixed term depends on you not cancelling, we will give the specific reminder and reasonable opportunity to respond required by Austrian consumer law. Statutory rights to terminate for an important reason and statutory remedies remain unaffected.
5. Cancelling a class
You can cancel a booked class free of charge through Eversports up to 24 hours before its scheduled start. Check that your cancellation has been recorded in your account.
This class cancellation policy is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal described below. If we cannot provide an agreed service, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
For cancellation less than 24 hours before the class or a no-show, the agreed class fee remains payable. Where a session credit is used to settle that fee, it is not charged a second time. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Taking part
Please follow the instructor's guidance and use the equipment as instructed. If an exercise feels unsuitable, tell the instructor and stop that exercise. Our classes are fitness sessions and do not replace individual medical assessment or treatment.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts consumer rights where Austrian law does not permit this.
7. Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and conclude a service contract online or otherwise at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The exception for certain classes booked for a specific date or period is explained in section 9.
To withdraw, inform Reformer Sessions FlexCo at the postal address above or by email to hello@reformersessions.at with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.
8. Refunds and starting a service early
Following a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse payments received without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost.
If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided, where the statutory requirements and information duties have been met. Starting a service alone does not remove your withdrawal right. For paid services, that right expires upon complete performance only where you expressly agreed to the early start and acknowledged this consequence beforehand.
9. Classes booked for a specific date
Under section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services where the contract provides for performance on a specific date or during a specific period. This can apply to a particular scheduled class booking. It is not a blanket exclusion for every membership or undated class pack.
10. Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this text only if you wish to withdraw from a contract. You can copy it into an email or send it by post.

11. Questions, complaints and your rights
Send questions or complaints to hello@reformersessions.at and identify the relevant booking or product. Information about personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies and applicable rights concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected by these terms.
If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, we provide information on the competent alternative dispute resolution body and whether we will participate in that specific case on a durable medium, such as email, as required by section 19 AStG.
You can save or print these terms using your browser. A later update to this website does not by itself change an existing contract.
