Hello, and welcome!

We're Andrea and Daniel, husband and wife and parents. Andrea runs Reformer Sessions, and Daniel is by her side every step of the way. We're so happy you've found your way to us.

After more than 10 years in the corporate world at companies like Pfizer and Bitpanda, building her own startup and being named in Forbes 30 Under 30, Andrea found something she didn't know she was missing: Reformer Pilates. It gave her joy, energy and a little space just for herself. She fell in love with it, completed the Or Kahlon teacher training, studied Reformer Pilates with Balanced Body and continues her education with STOTT PILATES. Today, sharing that feeling with you is what she loves most.

Daniel has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and is a builder at heart. He's a true perfectionist, and nothing is ever too small for his attention if it can be made better. He looks after our studios with so much care, so that you feel good the moment you walk in.

So how did Reformer Sessions happen? Honestly, Andrea just couldn't stop talking about Reformer Pilates. At breakfast, at dinner, and on every trip we took together. While other couples went sightseeing, Andrea was busy finding the nearest Pilates studio and booking a class. Daniel listened, smiled and eventually realised this love wasn't going anywhere. So one day he said: "Okay. If we're doing this, let's do it well." What started as Andrea's passion became our shared dream, and here we are, doing it together with all our hearts.

As parents, we know how precious time for yourself is. That's why we wanted a place where you can work hard, laugh, feel supported and simply be you. Whatever your age, body or experience, you belong here.

Come as you are. You don't have to prove anything to anyone. Just show yourself what you can do.

Here's what we believe: nothing great is achieved alone. You get there with people in your corner. People who care, who push you and who celebrate every win with you. That's the community we're building. We show up for each other every day. We work hard. We laugh. We go a little further together than we ever would alone.
