Soft daylight, high ceilings and beautiful arched details give our Nestroyplatz studio its character. It is a place to arrive, take a breath and focus on yourself. With no more than eight guests, every Reformer Sessions class feels personal.

There is no need to know every move before you arrive. Our instructors explain the Reformer, guide you through the class and help you find your confidence. Expect 55 minutes of focused movement, friendly faces and a challenge you can grow into. Classes are in English.

Your first Reformer Sessions classBeginners are welcome. Explore our first-visit guide and choose a suitable class from the timetable.

Make yourself comfortableAn air-conditioned studio with Merrithew Reformers, a changing room and a shower. Bring your grip socks and a little time to settle in.
